Today in Beijing the German group BLG Logistics has signed an agreement with the Chinese CINK SCM Co., Ltd. to form a joint venture with the objective of building a new logistics center in the port of Tianjin, called BLG CINK Autotec, which will be dedicated both import and export of cars.
The logistics center s of the port that China has 55,000 feet of warehouse and office. Initially there is an annual traffic of up to 38,000 vehicles. The two partners in anticipation of expanding the business to other centers in China, including Shanghai.
CINK was founded in 1997 and specializes in the export of cars manufactured in China. Last year the South Korean shipping company Eukor Car Carriers has acquired 20% stake in Chinese company.
