Friend & Co have clarified that its is "a fort project and timely infrastructural adaptation, finalized to complete and ulteriorly to characterize is the offer of moorings and connected services, are the productive ability to the shipbuilding activities" and have emphasized that, "without preclusioni of some genre and with constructive spirit, a direction work attends from the institutions in order to assure the co-ordinate and sinergico development of the various functions and in order to characterize the instruments and the possible adoptable solutions for this purpose (comprised the topic of the ulterior necessary investments for the part north of the nautical dock there that, together with those of Friend, of it completes a waited for requalification by now from too many years)".

Illustrating the project, the company has explained that for the areas of the Naval Repairs, relatively to which - it has remembered - "is already in advanced phase the procedure started from Harbour Authority for the definitive allocation on four societies of the section - between which Friendly & Co - of about 10.000 square metres of areas that they will serve for I rearrange of the respective activities", Friend & Co has specified that "to outcome of the procedure, the investment previewed on such areas will be operatively of about 31,1 million euros: 2,5 million will be realized by the smaller yards, while 28,6 million will be realized by Friend & Co and will comprise are works to infrastructural sea and consolidations (for 8,6 million), are technological systems of yard (for 20 million) between which a system of towage for mega yacht".

The project of Friend & Co includes also other areas that fall back in the defined withins of planning from the Blueprint. For the areas inside of the nautical dock - it has specified the shipbuilding company - "the infrastructuring of the portion is previewed South of the dock, for the creation of destined moorings to maxi and mega yacht until 100 meters of length, with an investment of about 3,9 million euros: electrification of the docks until 4 MW of power, to protection of the environmental quality of the site; realization of the docks lacking and a manufactured little one destined to the primary services for plays hooky (cabins electrical workers, offices, point of refreshment); creation of a pedestrian elevated footbridge along the defense work to sea, that it will return usable the site by the city".

The project of Friend & Co specifically touches also the exhibition area, of which the Blueprint it previews the reorganization, and the "ground floor of the pavilion B, with next dock and watery mirror. The previewed destination - it has explained the company - is classified to activity collaterals of not industrial character, connected is to the shipbuilding one who to the parking of the yachts. If the local institutions have not given the possibility to the enterprises of the port to say theirs on the Blueprint, relatively to the tempistica of realization of its Friendly project & Co do not seem disposed to grant time to the institutions in order to reflect on the proposal. The company has informed that its project can be realized in "about two years, with start to beginning 2017 and completion about to half of 2018".
