- Renzo Mason is the new chairman of the Users and Operators of the Port of Genoa
- Renewed Board for the biennium 2011-2012
 This morning, the Committee Members and Operators of the Port of Genoa has updated its advice for the biennium 2011-2012 appointed president Renzo Mason, who has a long experience in the field of transport, logistics and  shipping. Mason currently holds the position of president and vice president of Previlog Anita, the trucking association, Confindustria, is also CEO of Saima Saima and Spa Finanziaria Srl, chairman of the board of directors of Saima Livorno Srl and Transportation Consortium Europe (CTE).
- Mason, born in Genoa in 1939, among other positions held, he was Director of Central Finmare the IRI group.In addition, after taking in some local government responsibilities in Liguria, in 1985 he was elected regional councilor; from 1985 to 1990 was Councillor for Industry, Employment and Professional Training of the Liguria Region and from October 1990 to July 1994 he was Assessor Regional Planning, Regional Planning and Investments, Information Technology.
