- New service South America - Mediterranean - Middle East - India Maersk Line
- Be launched late this month and will have weekly
At the end of this month Maersk Line will inaugurate a new weekly service will link directly to South America, Rumba, Mediterranean, Middle East and India. The rotation of the westbound service will reach the ports of Jebel Ali, Jawaharlal Nehru, Jeddah, Genoa, Barcelona, Algeciras, Tangier, Santos, Itajai, Paranagua, Montevideo, Rio Grande, and the rotation will scale eastbound Itajai, Paranagua, Montevideo, Rio Grande, Santos, Algeciras, Valencia, Jeddah, Salalah, Jebel Ali, Jawaharlal Nehru.
- In Italy the service of the Danish shipping company will arrive at the port of Genoa, which then will have two weekly direct calls to South America, as well as the United States and the Far East.
- The first ship in the eastbound direction (Laust Maersk) will scale Itajai July 28, while the first westbound vessel (Maersk Danville) will climb Jebel Ali on July 31.
