Al plan participates the Harbor Authorities of Genoa, La Spezia, Livorno and Savona, the University of Genoa (Department of Engineering of the Constructions, the Atmosphere and the Territory), the Chambre de Commerce ET of Industrie de Fortification ET de the Haute-Corse. The plan is financed through Marine the communitarian program "- IT FR - Maritime, Program of transfrontaliera cooperation Italy/"Marine" France 2007-2013".
