- Assologistica asks the abrogation for the norm that imposes to private the CCNL of Railroads of the State

 Assologistica, the Italian Association Enterprises of Logistics, Harbor Department stores and Frigoriferi, Operators Terminals, Interportuali and Aeroportuali, asks the government the abrogation for the norm that imposes to private the national collective bargaining agreement of Railroads of the State. The association has explained that, between the norms that the executive is managing in these hours in order to try to convince the financial markets of own will to realize important reforms, it must find space also the abrogation of article 8 codicil 3 second of bill 138 which enacted 148/2011.-
- Assologistica has found that "the Authority antitrust considers, in fact, that norm is susceptible of interpretations contrasting since - ambiguously - it arranges to the application to the staff employee of all the railway enterprises of "contracts national collectives of field ", with the obvious attempt in relation to everyone to impose the application of the contract of the Railroads of the State". The association has emphasized that "the imposition for law of those contracted - publicly contested for its onerosità also from its only underwriter, that is the monopolist to all purposes and effects Railroads of the State - is finalized to break off on being born the competition between railway enterprises".
