- Investment of 40 million euros in order to create a connection directed between the Tuscany Dock of the port of Livorno and the railway net

- Today RFI, Tuscany Region, Province, Municipality and Harbor Authority of Livorno have undersigned an appropriate agreement

 This morning, in occasion of the inauguration of the scavalco of the knot to high speed of Castle, to Florence, a protocol of understanding between Italian Railway Net, Tuscany Region (RFI), Province, Municipality and Harbor Authority of Livorno with the objective of the strengthening of railway infrastructures to service of the Dock Tuscany of the Leighorn harbor port of call and the realization of a connection directed between the port of Livorno and the Rome-Genoa line has been undersigned, Pisa side.-
- Draft altogether of an investment of 40 million euros, of which 33 million put on from the Region. With the understanding, undersigned from the president of the Region, Enrico Rossi, from the managing director of RFI, Michele Mario Elia, from the president of the Province, Giorgio Kutufa, from the city council member to the Program and the public works of the Municipality, Tawny Peaks, and from the president of the Harbor Authority, Giuliano Gallanti, the signers has engaged himself to sign within next 15 December an implementing convention in order to define the necessary actions to the respect of crono the program of the participations, that they will have to be completed within 2015, while the first verification on the state of the art of the intense activities will be made within the next month of March.

- In the course of the encounter he is remembered that the times are tightening and must be respected also in order to avoid that 33 million the Region, that they are at the expense of the deep ones of the Regional Operating Program of the Tuscany, is diverted elsewhere. Remaining seven million the plan will be poured by RFI and already are inserted in the program contract 2007-2011 undersigned between the same Italian Railway Net and the ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports.
