The industrial accidents in the Italian marine section are dropped of 21.0% between 2010 and 2011. It evidences the "Annual report INAIL 2011" that Istituto Nazionale for the Assurance against Infortuni on the Job is introduced today to Montecitorio from the extraordinary commissioner of the Inail (), Massimo De Felice, to the presence of the president of the Chamber, Gianfranco Fini, and of the minister of the Job and the social policies, Elsa Fornero.

The majority of the assured ship, about 46.0%, is engaged in the peach activity, mostly turns along the continental coasts and insulare Italians at a distance not advanced to the twenty miles, the so-called coastal peach. It is the naval units assured that the shipowning enterprises have turned out in light increase, respective +2.8% and +2.3% in comparison to 2010.

The volume of the contributions assessed in 2011 has reached 86,8 million euros, figure that - the Inail explains - making to record a light total increment regarding the year precedence (+ 2.0%), shows a stable course that suffers of the retributive increments of adaptation to the inflation. The contributions go to cover the which had burdens to accidents and occupational diseases, but also a series of other specific performances distributed by the Inail Field Navigation, which for example the temporary non qualification to navigation. The contributions assessed for the assurance of the diseases and maternity pile in 2011 to 34,1 million euros and are in increase, regarding 2010, of 3.0%.

Last year the Inail Field Navigation has distributed performances of temporary non qualification to navigation for about 22 thousand days, decreasing of 2.1% regarding 2010. In the same period they are indemnified about altogether 1,9 million days for common disease, since he turns out substantially stable regarding the year precedence. The common disease is distinguished in fundamental disease (happened during the boarding) and complementary disease (happened within 28 days from the disembarkation). This last, in terms of number of which indemnified days, it represents about 69% of the distributions for common disease. Pairs turn out almost 140 thousand the compensated days for performances of maternities (included the parental dismissals), decreasing regarding 2010 of 2.7%.
