- Third consecutive trimester of contraction of the traffic enlivened from the port of Antwerp

- Nel first semester of the 2012 Belgian port of call has totaled 93,8 million tons of goods (- 2.1%)

 Nel first semester of this year the port of Antwerp has enlivened 93,82 million tons of goods, with a bending of 2.1% regarding 95,87 million tons in the first half of 2011. The goods to the disembarkation is piled to 48,76 million tons (- 3.0%) and those to the boarding to 45,06 million tons (- 1.2%).-
- Nel section of the goods several the traffic has been altogether of 61,27 million tons (- 0.5%), of which 53,48 million containerized tons of goods (+0.8%) with a handling of the container pairs to 4.363.403 teu (- 0.4%), 2,41 million tons of rotabili (+16.2%) and 5,38 million conventional tons of goods (- 16.5%). Handling of motors vehicle has been of 617.453 units (+17.2%).

- The traffic of the bulk has totaled a bending of 5.1% to 32,56 million tons, of which 21,98 million tons of liquid bulk (- 9.2%) and 10,58 million tons of bulk sand banks (+5.0%).
