To Venice it has taken to the way a formation project on the logistics that has already involved 66 companies and 885 workers



Today, with the workshop from the title "the logistics from cost to competitive advantage" held this morning near the center of Venice Confindustria to the presence of experts and Italian and international enterprises, has taken to the way the formation project on the logistics of which it is front man CFLI - Agency of formation of the Port of Venice - and is managed with important partner between which Manpower, the Federation of the Veronesi haulers YOU MAKE, IFOA and Venice Confindustria.

The project, that it has had a financing of 300.000 euros of the Region of Veneto through the European Social Fund, previews 1,622 hours of formation, two distances of advising and three workshops with working and titular addressees of logistic enterprises in strict sense (harbour shippers, terminals, haulers, shipping agents) and of production enterprises that manage the logistics free lance.

The formative activity intends to supply to the logistic operators the competences technical and managerial, cross-sectional, necessary in order to manage such demanded new of the market. They are the already 66 companies that have joined to the project and the 885 involved workers that they will receive a specific formation in one of the pulling ahead fields of the economy, sight the great proclivity to export of the Italian enterprises and the nordestine in particular.

"In a context of a world-wide commerce in which Europe he is not more in a position to competing on the production costs - it has found the president of the CFLI, Giorgio Calzavara - market shares can be recovered alone insisting on ulterior services between which the logistics covers an important role. The port of Venice, through its center of formation CFLI, gives beyond 18 years is able to supply formation specialized in all the fields of the portualità; thanks to this new project, we want to support the increase of the enterprises and the same port, still strengthening more that role than crossroads of marine and terrestrial lines that more and more need of able professional figures specialized to manage and to accompany the change".

During the encounter the project "The is introduced also virtual shipping", a didactic laboratory for the logistic simulation that will be developed by Istituto Luzzatti of Mestre in collaboration with CFLI and the ITS Marco Polo. "Graces to a financing of about 700 thousand euros by the MIUR - the director of the CFLI, Enrico Morgante has explained - we will be able to recreate in laboratory various "islands", each of which it reproduces an office or an area, involved in the logistics of the transport of a good, from the moment of its manufacturing until the distribution place, simulating them activity of every actor, the criticalities and the unexpected that could characterize a shipment. Draft of a project that goes to join to the offer of course of the CFLI that will be able to form and to insert in the specialized operating labor market, today a lot demanded from the enterprises".
