JUNE 20, 1997 ICTSI INAUGURATES BATANGAS INLAND CONTAINER DEPOT ICTSI, the Manila-based terminal operator, has inaugurated an inland container depot to service the port of Batangas via a rail service from its container terminal at MICT.
