GERMANY ANNOUNCES NEW SHIPPING POLICY
A new package of support for the German shipping industry has
been announced by German transport minister Matthias Wissman.
The plan, which must still be approved by parliament, will reduce
the German shipping industry's annual costs by about Dm50m ($27.7m).
