November 11, 1999 HK's re-exports increase in September Hong Kong's re-exports increased by 8.3 percent in September over a year earlier to 106.3 billion HK dollars (13.6 billion U.S. dollars), said a report released by the Hong Kong Census and Statistics Department Tuesday.
