Japan building on sea
Japan is building a second major airport in the sea for the intercontinental
trade. The new facility on an artificial island near the city
of Nagoya is due to start operations in March 2005. A total of
40% alone out of the total investment of JPY 768 billion - or
almost CHF 13 billion in Swiss francs - will be used for building
