October 16, 2000 New Study Says Shipbuilding Jobs Could Double if Bill Passes OTTAWA, Oct. 13 - The number of jobs in Canada's shipbuilding industry could more than double says a new study by KPMG on the effects of Bill C-213 - An Act to Promote Shipbuilding, 1999.
