Jusquà cette décision, une S.A. à conseil dadministration coiffait lensemble. Désormais, il y aura deux S.A. à directoire et conseil de surveillance: Giraud International pour le transport proprement dit, dune part, et Giraud Logistics pour tout ce qui concerne les prestations relevant de la logistique, dautre part. Lannée 2000 a été la première année complète de la nouvelle combinaison... Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits des résultats financiers... Nous récolterons dans les prochaines années les fruits de nos efforts de lan passé. Cest en ces termes que le président du groupe Vopak, Ton Spoor, a résumé lannée 2000 au cours de la présentation des comptes annuels. Quoi quil en soit, ils restent impressionnants.
