Le tribunal de commerce dEupen a accordé vendredi dernier la mise sous concordat judiciaire des Transports Jean Vincent. Cest ce que vient annoncé cette société, filiale belge du groupe français Synchrony, dans un communiqué. La maison-mère, rappelons-le, a elle-même été placée en concordat judiciaire en avril. Les difficultés de Jean Vincent sont dues aux problèmes qua connus le secteur lannée passée, et bien sûr aux retombées des difficultés de Synchrony Logistique. Raymond Robeers, directeur de la société belge, nous a toutefois déclaré quil prévoit quelle redeviendra bénéficiaire dans le courant du deuxième semestre déjà.
- MOL compte sur le service Dragon Express pour une desserte complète de la Chine
Profitant du démarrage ces dernières semaines du quatrième loop Europe du Nord - Asie du groupe The New World Alliance (TNWA), dont il est membre, larmement MOL présentait ce matin à Londres, ainsi qu à sa clientèle européenne son nouveau service appelé The Dragon Express, qui doit lui permettre une desserte très complète de la Chine.
