Vos Logistics est arrivé à un accord pour le rachat de trois sociétés, dont une belge et une apparentée en Pologne. La troisième est néerlandaise. Ces transactions renforcent le groupe néerlandais, qui est en passe de devenir un des plus grands du secteur du transport routier et de la logistique en Europe. Son parc se compose en effet désormais de plus de 3.000 véhicules moteurs et 6.000 semi-remorques, citernes routières et containers-citernes. Vos sattend à réaliser cette année un chiffre daffaires de 1,25 mia. de NLG (567 mio. dEUR) avec environ 4.000 salariés.
- Wijngaard Natie reprend les activités containers et de vracs de Nedlloyd Road Cargo
Deutsche Post vend les activités containers et de vrac de la filiale anversoise Nedlloyd Road Cargo (NRC) au manutentionnaire anversois Wijngaard Natie. Ce dernier développe ainsi ses activités de transport au niveau international et multiplie ses activités dans le marché des vracs. Pour Van Gend & Loos, cette vente signifie que lentreprise se concentrera de plus en plus sur ses activités de base: le transport express et de colis. Les activités intermodales de NRC ont été transférées vers Danzas et le transport bâché et de vin vers Van Gend & Loos Euro Express.
- Nippress Continental Zeebrugge a fait faillite
Le Tribunal de Commerce de Bruges a déclaré vendredi dernier la faillite de Nippress Continental à Zeebrugge. Cela signifie que lentreprise na pu être sauvée de la débâcle du groupe britannique HR Holdings. Deux curateurs, Mres Missault et Van Volcem, ont été nommés. Ils vont tenter de vendre lentreprise. Dans létat actuel des choses, il nest pas encore possible de dire si cela pourra être fait dans le cadre dune vente coordonnée des branches britannique, belge et néerlandaise.
