Cest important étant donné que la discusion au sein du Forum sur lénergie et les transport créés en juillet dernier, doivent encore démarrer. Il est donc impératif quECASBA (1) y participe et manifeste une prise de position qui sera élaborée très prochainement de manière à ne pas être placé devant un fait accompli. Telle est une des conclusions qui sest dégagée de la séance de travail que cette organisation a tenu merdredi dernier à Anvers dans le cadre du congrès de FONASBA (Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents).
