Puerto Rico: will the Global Port of the Americas be built?
The USD 1 billion Global Port of the Americas project at Puerto
Rico (to be built at Guyanilla Bay or Ponce) attracts the attention
of global terminal operators, which include CSX, Hutchison, ICTSI,
