Boat Sinking Suspects Post Bail

ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland (AP) -- Three crew members of a Russian
tanker suspected of ramming a U.S. fishing boat and killing three
fishermen were released on bail Wednesday but ordered not to leave
Canada.
The M.T. Virgo, a 541-foot Cypriot-flagged tanker, has been held
in port in Placentia Bay in Newfoundland since Aug. 7. The U.S.
