Japan to move more cargo by coastal ships and trains
Their share of cargo to go from 43% to 50% by 2010

(SINGAPORE) The Japanese government is hoping to push half of
the country's domestic long-distance cargo on to trains and coastal
ships as part of a draft five-year transport plan to reduce the
