Norway's shave leaves oil production cuts short
OSLO (Reuters) - Non-OPEC Norway said on Monday that it would
cut its oil output 150,000 barrels per day (bpd), about 5%, as
part of a drive by OPEC and other producers to bolster prices.
Norway, the third largest exporter behind Saudi Arabia and Russia,
said the cuts would last for six months starting Jan. 1. It would
scrap the cuts if other exporters failed
