Cartel Worried About Iraq Resuming Exports

BRUSSELS, July 3 -- Faced with the prospect that Iraq may soon
resume exporting oil, OPEC producers agreed today to maintain
current levels of output in a bid to sustain prices around their
target of $25 a barrel.
