German shipbuilder Flender Werft is filed for insolvency at the local court. The insolvency has been caused by losses suffered while executing orders for building of ro-pax ferries Superfast XI and Superfast XII.

Les titres seniors ne seront pas enregistrés aux USA dans le cadre du US Securities Act of 1993 et ne peuvent être offerts et vendus aux Etats-Unis. Ces moyens financiers serviront au financement de lacquisition de larmement Italia di Navigazione (40 mio. de dollars), de 4 PC renforcés pour la navigation dans les glaces actuellement affrétés coque nue, et à réduire les emprunts dans le contexte des facilités de crédits tournants portant sur 175 mio. de dollars.
