Le groupe portuaire, maritime et logistique britannique P&O Nedlloyd a acheté trois entités de lentreprise de transport et de logistique américaine The Gilbert Companies. Il sagit des divisions Gilbert East, Gilbert West et Gilbert Air Cargo. Cette acquisition est donc synonyme de développement des activités logistiques et de gestion de chaîne dapprovisionnement mondiales de P&O Nedlloyd.
