Cette transaction, dun montant de 152,5 mio. de GBP en cash, permet à Wincanton détendre dun seul coup ses artivités à la logistique industielle et à des secteurs géographiques - en clair: le continent - qui nétaient pas encore couverts jusqualors. Notons que la division charges complètes de P&O Trans European, à savoir P&O Ferrymasters, nest pas inclu dans la transaction.
- Le système TIR suspendu en Russie à partir du 25 décembre
Ce que lIRU ne pouvait encore nous confirmer mardi après-midi (Le Lloyd 11/12/2002) est aujourdhui un fait: le système TIR sera suspendu en Russie à partir du 24 décembre à minuit GMT. Cela signifie quaprès cette date lIRU ne délivrera plus de carnets TIR à lorganisation de transport routier russe ASMAP. A partir de cette même date et heure, lassociation russe ne sera plus autorisée à délivrer ces carnets, que ce soit à des transporteurs russes ou étrangers.
