    Son statut d’entreprise communale autonome le lui permettant, l”Entreprise portuaire anversoise va se lancer dès ce jour dans un programme de trésorerie, qui consistera à émettre dès ce lundi sur le marché, des certificats de trésorerie (thesauriebewijzen), ce qui peut aller à concurrence de 125 mio. d’euros, soit plus de 5 mia. de BEF. L’opération est prévue en plusieurs phases selon les besoins.
  • Swiss réalise au premier semestre un CA nettement supérieur aux prévisions
    Swiss a noté au premier semestre 2002 un chiffre d’affaires de 1.754 millions de CHF, bien plus que les 1.209 millions qui avaient été prévus dans le business plan. La perte s’élève à 447 mio. de CHF. Une nouvelle convention collective a été conclue avec le personnel de cabine, mais pas encore avec les pilotes.

  • Le contracting et les services financiers maintiennent AvH hors du rouge
    Le groupe de services Ackermans & van Haaren (AvH) a clôturé le premier semestre sur un résultat net consolidé de 18,2 millions d’EUR. C’est considérablement moins (-62,5%) qu’au cours des six premiers mois de l’an passé, même si les résultats du secteur du contracting (activités de dragage et de construction) ont doublé. Malgré les bons résultats de DEME et les prestations satisfaisantes dans le secteur financier, le résultat pour l’ensemble de l’exercice 2002 sera également en net recul par rapport à 2001, à moins que d’importantes plus-values (inattendues) soient encore réalisées.
