Le retard a été officiellement annoncé au cours de la présentation du programme dinvestissement de la Sofico (Société Wallonne de Financement Complémentaire des Infrastructures) à Liège, en présence du ministre wallon des Travaux publics et de lInfrastructure, Michel Daerden.
