Ship collision causes fuel spill off Si Racha

An oil tanker carrying lubricants collided with a freight ship
in the sea off Chon Buri yesterday, resulting in a minor spill
of diesel oil which was quickly brought under control.
The accident occurred about 6.30am, three kilometres from Koh
Phai. The Panama-registered oil tankerSky Ace was hit on the starboard
