EU ministers agree 'single-sky' deal

Transport ministers of the European Union have agreed to improve
co-ordination of their airspace in a bid to improve safety, cut
delays, and reduce air pollution.
The accord, known as the European single-sky policy, has been
a long time in the making.
Some member states feared it might lead to the disappearance of
their national air spaces.
