March 11, 2002 Indiana ports increase total investments, cargo shipments in 2001 The Ports of Indiana -- the public agency that operates Jeffersonville's Clark Maritime Center as well as Burns Harbor in Portage, Ind., and Southwind Maritime Center in Mount Vernon, Ind. -- increased its shipments to more than 6 million tons of cargo in 2001, according to a news release.
