Harbour backlogs too costly, says Radebe

CAPE TOWN The number of vessels queuing outside Durban harbour
showed not only the robustness of the SA economy but also "an
unpreparedness that is ill-afforded in the world economy where
speed and responsiveness are the measure of success", Public
