Great Lakes shipping industry may fade with barely a ripple

It's been ages since I last raced the William Clay Ford to the
crossing. These days, in fact, I always brake for ships.
That's partly out of sympathy for the Great Lakes maritime profession,
which has had a couple of rough years and seems to be headed for
