Regional airline bid on track

FORMER military test pilot and Australiawide Airlines chief
executive Michael Jones was confident yesterday he would be able
to relaunch Ansett regional carriers Hazelton and Kendell as a
merged airline by August 1.
Mr Jones and a group of "less than 10" mostly private
