German port operator takes over two Czech ports on the Elbe

The Sächsische Binnenhäfen Oberelbe GmbH (SBO - Saxony
inland ports) has taken over, through its Czech subsidiary Cesco-saske
pristavy s.r.o., two inland ports on the Elbe at Decin and Lovosice
in the Czech Republic. They formerly belonged to the now bankrupt
CSPL (the Czech Elbe-Schifffahrts AG).
