Tai Ping's owners and MSA each appoint salvors

A Dutch salvage company has been appointed by the owners of a
bulk carrying vessel grounded in Bluff Harbour to oversee its
refloating, according to the Maritime Safety Authority (MSA).
Spokeswoman Helen Mojel said today that the Hong Kong owners of
the 16,000 Tai Ping had appointed Smit Salvage, which was flying
in salvors from Australia
