February 11, 2002 (posted Feb. 7) Ferry companies taken by surprise by drastic raise of Estonian pilotage dues SSG-TALLINN: From January 1, pilotage dues for foreign ferry companies where raised dramatically in Estonia. The decision was taken by the authorities on December 12 last year but it was not publicised until December 28.
