Port cuts staff after losing customers

The Seattle Times
The Port of Seattle cut 29 jobs - including 11 managers - yesterday
as it streamlines operations because it has lost $20 million in
revenue this year.
The Port will consolidate six departments into four and is expecting
more layoffs in the coming months.
