Ingalls to finish hull of vessel

PASCAGOULA - About 350 employees at Northrop Grumman Ingalls shipbuilding
have resumed work on an 840-foot-long cruise ship, so the vessel
can be floated out of the Pascagoula shipyard.
Work on the ship was halted in October when the U.S. Maritime
Administration decided to stop guaranteeing $1.1 billion in loans
for the ship
