Explosive powder found on ship linked to Iraq

ZAGREB (Reuters) - Croatian police say they have found explosive
powders on board a ship that Western diplomats believe has been
used to transport aircraft parts from Yugoslavia to Iraq in defiance
of a U.N. embargo.
Police would not comment on suspicions voiced by some Croatian
sources that substances found on the ship, could be used to ignite
