September 3, 2002 Biggest dry dock in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Economy (VET)- On September 1, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam shipbuilder, Vinashin has officially completed and started operation of a dry dock of 8,500 tonnes at Saigon shipbuilding company, (Saigon Shipmarin).
