Early completion of expanded Primorsk export capacity may not make a difference just yet.

THE UK High Court has blocked the dismantling of the US Maritime Administration ‘ghost ships’ at Able UK’s Teesside yard. The injunction had been put forward by the environmental pressure group Friends of the Earth to stop any modification to the waste management licence that had originally been granted by the UK’s Environment Agency and subsequently withdrawn on 31 October
