May 5, 2003 P&O Ports takes issue to apex Court; hearing today - Bar on bidding for 2nd JNP box terminal P&O Ports, the private container terminal operator at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNP), has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court order upholding the JNPT’s decision to bar P&O Ports from bidding for a second terminal at the Port.
