WITH even Videocon Group pulling out of the race for a stake in the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), there are now only two contenders - Essar Shipping and Sterlite Industries.
Following this development, Mr Arun Shourie, Union Minister for Disinvestment, said that the SCI sell-off issue would now be placed before Parliament
