September 19, 2003 3 foreign companies submit EoIs for Azhikkal port project, one for Alappuzha THE Directorate of Ports, Kerala, has received four expressions of interest (EoIs) for the development of Azhikkal port and one for Alappuzha port, global tenders for which were floated in the first week of August. The Azhikkal port project has attracted three foreign bidders and a local outfit. The foreign companies are Universal Lubricants, Sharjah, Antara Koh, Singapore and Lagan Holdings Ltd, Northern Ireland.
