Ryanair complains to OFT about higher fees

Ryanair has lodged a complaint with the office of fair trading
over plans for higher air traffic control fees, claiming that
it is being forced to help
bail out Britain's cash-strapped National Air Traffic Services
(Nats) in breach of European competition law.
