June 2, 2003 Finland emphasises issue of oil transports at EU-Russia summit Jäätteenmäki: Decisions on transports must be made together The safety of maritime transportation was the key issue in Prime Minister Anneli Jäätteenmäki's speech at the summit of Russian and European Union leaders in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
