August 25, 2003 (posted Aug. 23) Oil Spill Begins Again From Stranded Ship KARACHI, Pakistan: Aug 23 (PNS) - Oil spill from Tasman Spirit, the Greek ship grounded near Karachi Port, was begun again on Friday as the back portion of the ship went further down. Oil began to spill towards the port and beach. Meanwhile the oil extraction work remains suspended on Friday as the relief ship could not reach near to the stranded oil tanker.
