May 22, 2003 HK Committed to Enhancing Co-ordination with PRD Hong Kong is committed to enhancing co-ordination in the development of ports and logistics with the Pearl River Delta (PRD) of the Chinese mainland and promoting complementary development and prosperity, a Hong Kong official said Wednesday.
